Note on Pattani’s Railway Station

First, please note that there is no train station directly in Pattani's main city center (Mueang District). The nearest station is Pattani Railway Station (also known as Khok Pho Station), located in Khok Pho District, which is about 25–30 kilometers away from the city center where the restaurant is located.

Therefore, your journey will consist of two parts:

Step 1: From Pattani (Khok Pho) Railway Station to Pattani City Center

Once you arrive at the station, you can commute into the city center using the following local transport options:

1. Passenger Van: Look for the Khok Pho - Pattani van route.
2. Songthaew (Local Mini-Truck/Mazda): Local shared trucks run regularly from the front of the station into the city.
3. Private Taxi/Chartered Vehicle: You can charter a local ride to take you directly to the restaurant. This is the most convenient option but will be more expensive.

Destination Tip: Tell the driver to drop you off at "Wongwian Hor Nalika" (The Clock Tower Roundabout) or "Na M.O." (The front of Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus).

Step 2: From Pattani City Center to Kin Yu Yuen Restaurant

Kin Yu Yuen is located on Charoen Pradit Road (locally called 'Sai M.O.'), which is the main vibrant street leading to the university.

1. By Local Transport (Songthaew / Motorcycle Taxi): Tell the driver to go to "Kin Yu Yuen, Sai M.O." * By Driving Yourself: From the Clock Tower Roundabout, drive straight onto Charoen Pradit Road heading toward the university. After about 1.5 kilometers, the restaurant will be on your right (you will need to make a U-turn).
2. Landmark: The restaurant is located diagonally opposite the Pattani Animal Hospital (and near the former Esso gas station).
